This session will include a guided meditation, a reflective talk, and engaging exercises designed to deepen your practice and enhance self-compassion. You’ll learn tools to build inner resilience, find compassion within, and discover a state of peaceful clarity you can carry into your daily life. This session offers a supportive space to connect with a sense of inner peace and to bring a gentle, nurturing approach to both yourself and the world around you.
