Workshop Description:
This 3-month immersive workshop guides you on a journey from feeling disconnected and overwhelmed to a state of presence, deep self-love, and a compassionate heart. In our bi-weekly group live sessions, you’ll explore a rich tapestry of mindfulness practices, self-compassion exercises, and self-reflection, all designed to build resilience, inner clarity, and connection.
This workshop is not only a guided journey into mindful presence, self-love, and compassionate heart but also a personalized mentorship experience. Participants will receive 2 one-on-one mentorship sessions designed to deepen their transformation and provide individualized support. These mentorship sessions allow for personal reflection, tailored guidance, and encouragement, empowering you to integrate the teachings in a way that’s meaningful to your unique journey.

Month 1: Building Foundations for Connection and Presence
The first month focuses on creating a strong foundation in mindfulness and self-connection. We’ll address common patterns of disconnection—like stress, avoidance, and dissociation—and gently guide you toward inner harmony. Using grounding techniques and meditative practices, you’ll cultivate presence, self-awareness and inner peace.
What You’ll Learn:
Foundational mindfulness techniques to ground and center yourself
Power practices to guide you towards self-resilience, focus and gentleness.
Methods for reconnecting with yourself and finding ease in the present moment
Month 2: Cultivating Self-Love and Inner Resilience
As you deepen into the practice, we’ll explore self-love as a transformative force. This month, you’ll learn to embrace yourself with compassion and begin breaking through old, unhelpful coping mechanisms. Through loving-kindness meditations and practices, journaling exercises, and reflective contemplation, you’ll build a compassionate relationship with yourself. We’ll also focus on building inner resilience, equipping you to navigate life’s challenges with a steady, open heart.

Practices for self-compassion and acceptance to release self-criticism and self-doubt
Loving-kindness techniques to foster inner resilience and emotional strength

MONTH 3: Cultivating a Loving-Compassionate Heart
In the final month, we’ll focus on developing a heart-centered approach to life, cultivating compassion and love as guiding forces in conscious creation. Through mindfulness and creativity, you’ll learn how to harness the power of presence, awareness, and a compassionate heart to shape both your inner and outer world intentionally. This month will also guide you in creating a personalized well-being practice that nurtures self-love, compassion, and creativity long after the workshop ends.

One-One-Mentorship
Included in your journey are two (45 minute) one-on-one mentorship sessions, providing a personalized space to dive deeper into your unique experiences and insights. Between sessions, you’ll receive contemplative prompts, exercises, and gentle home practices to deepen your experience. These will allow you to integrate the lessons from each session into your daily life, helping to reinforce positive shifts in your awareness, well-being, and intentionality.
